Andy Johnston is the Director of Policy and Public Relations for the National Association of Psychiatric Intensive Care Units and Low Secure Services (NAPICU). He has been on the NAPICU Executive Board for over 24 years and has made a significant professional contribution to the development and evidence base for this specialty service. In his Executive roles, Andy Johnston has organised over 80 professional education events for MDT clinicians and co-produced a national quality improvement programme over a 2 year period whilst on a part time secondment to NIMHE.
